Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage restaurant orders and communications for various locations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via calls and emails.
  • Review and modify orders as needed, including adjustments for promotions and produce.
  • Input special requests, including produce orders or airfreight needs.
  • Evaluate food orders for routing thresholds and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Communicate with delivery partners, providing weekly routing and order updates.
  • Modify routes in the system and update delivery schedules accordingly.
  • Process orders for warehouse selection efficiently.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading for each route.
  • Collaborate with warehouse leadership to provide necessary shipping documents.
  • Load PIMM tags for applicable shipments.
  • Handle restaurant credits for delivery discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems.
  • Manage third-party freight billing processes.
  • Review incoming invoices for accuracy in charges.
  • Perform data entry and records management tasks.
  • Process outbound freight charges for restaurants.
  • Support customer and office activities, including greeting guests and assisting with field activities as required.
  • Engage with multiple customers to ensure their needs are met promptly and accurately, adhering to specific policies and procedures.
  • Provide customer support for special requests and assist various departments within the distribution center as needed.
  • Utilize specialized software to validate store orders.
  • Handle inbound calls, special delivery requests, and order processing.
  • Follow up on requests from distribution centers in a timely manner.
  • Review email communications regarding promotions.
  • Ensure consistent service delivery to restaurants through ongoing training.
  • Undertake additional projects or duties as assigned.
