Job Opportunity at Skyline Innovations

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our recruiting team as an intern. As a renowned personnel service provider, Skyline Innovations places qualified specialists and executives in various fields.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruiting team in daily operational tasks
  • Process incoming applications and conduct initial screenings of suitable candidates
  • Coordinate personal and telephone interviews
  • Participate in interviews with applicants and conduct them independently after a certain period
  • Support colleagues in maintaining our candidate portfolio
  • Process application documents and create qualified candidate profiles
  • Provide feedback to candidates regarding personal interviews with the client and support in rejection management
Requirements:
  • Student in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
  • Interest in employee recruitment and hiring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
