Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Sovah Health. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a culture of safety and excellence.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, utilizing specialized skills and knowledge to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, identifying and responding to changes in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

Qualifications and Requirements- A current VA (or Multi-state) RN license.
- A nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Experience in clinical area preferred.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
- American Heart Association ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
