We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Utility Technician to join our team at Essex Meadows Inc. As a Utility Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a positive experience for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational excellence at all times.
  • Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
  • Perform kitchen activities, including ware-washing system setup and breakdown, dish washing, pot washing, general cleaning duties, storing of food and non-food supplies, and prep production.
  • Assist serving staff with setting tables and work station areas, as well as clearing tables.
  • Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, ware-washing system, and areas in the kitchen.
  • Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner, creating a positive marketing environment.
  • Support the creation of a culture that drives top-line revenue and occupancy through business decisions and individual employee engagement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
  • Experience in food service work preferred.
  • Experience working with seniors preferred.
