Key Responsibilities
  • Lead asset base troubleshooting, providing technical support to Maintenance, Operations, and Technical Services departments to improve maintenance repairs, daily operations, engineered modifications, and new equipment installations.
  • Create strategies for instrument reliability improvement efforts, including preventative maintenance programs.
  • Support Instrument Mechanical Integrity and Safety Lifecycle programs.
  • Support Process Hazards Analysis (PHA) / Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) efforts.
  • Review, execute, and maintain SIL verification calculations for Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
  • Provide guidance and direction to Maintenance and Technical Services regarding safety, reliability, and maintainability for instrument selection.
