The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in sales to:
- Provide exceptional and genuine service that fosters a Modern Luxury customer experience.
- Enhance product knowledge and stay informed about current collections available both in-store and online; share and educate the broader team on this information.
- Meet and surpass sales targets through effective sales strategies, client engagement, acquiring new clientele, and nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Encourage a culture of teamwork, trust, and collaboration among peers, customers, and supervisors.
- Establish credibility as a personal stylist and fashion authority by remaining updated on market competition, industry trends, and customer shopping behaviors; communicate insights to customers as appropriate.
The successful candidate will possess:
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred, along with a solid understanding of fashion trends and market competition.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use tablets, mobile POS systems, and the Internet.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members (both verbal and written), along with the ability to navigate the sales floor and meet moderate lifting and climbing requirements.
- A flexible schedule to accommodate the business needs, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.
