QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Preferred six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.

  • Transportation: Valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
