About the Role

Landmark Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing specialized pharmaceutical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services on a day-to-day basis, including drug usage monitoring and education of hospital staff.
  • Participate in selected committees as assigned by the Director of Pharmacy.
  • Assist with the experiential clerkships of pharmacy students.
  • Serve as a clinical resource person for staff pharmacists.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy.
  • Current license to practice in the State of Rhode Island.
  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
  • BLS certification required within 6 months of hire and must be maintained.
