The Role
You will be the ultimate brand ambassador, creating authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journey through personalized styling recommendations. You will ensure merchandise is well-organized and visually appealing, making it easy for customers to find the perfect outfit. Collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and maintain a welcoming store environment.

- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (preferred)
- A hospitality mindset when interacting with customers
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Technology proficiency and the ability to operate a point-of-sale system
- The ability to take initiative and make thoughtful decisions
