Nuclear Medicine Imaging Specialist I - Radiology

Become a vital member of the City of Hope team, where we are dedicated to transforming lives and making significant strides in the battle against cancer, diabetes, and other critical health challenges. Our expanding national network encompasses a main campus, various clinical care sites, and specialized treatment facilities across multiple regions.

We are looking for a Nuclear Medicine Imaging Specialist I to join our innovative team. In this position, you will conduct a variety of diagnostic imaging and therapeutic procedures utilizing radionuclides for patients across all age groups. Our environment is dynamic, featuring advanced research and innovative PET tracers, with a focus on oncology and a diverse range of examinations. Our Nuclear Medicine technology includes state-of-the-art equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage in rotating assignments across General Nuclear Medicine, Theranostics, and PET/CT.

· Execute radionuclide procedures for patients of all ages, including organ imaging, functional studies, and assisting physicians in the therapeutic application of radioisotopes under established protocols.

· Oversee equipment calibration checks and field uniformity, while also managing the reporting and scheduling of necessary equipment maintenance.

· Adhere to safety protocols by utilizing protective shielding and following prescribed safety standards for handling radioactive materials.
