Role

As a Procurement Specialist at Path Engineering, you will be responsible for preparing accurate solicitations, evaluating bids, managing supplier submittals, negotiating terms with suppliers, and coordinating communications between internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor approval processes
  • Resolve supplier technical issues
  • Track open orders
  • Manage invoice issues and delivery discrepancies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing
  • Commodity experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with Government Purchasing regulations FARS and DFARS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance, if required
