Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and support sales initiatives on new leads and opportunities to fulfill pipeline goals and organizational objectives.
  • Deliver technical sales presentations and system demonstrations to various stakeholders, including technical teams and upper management.
  • Participate in Proof of Concept (POC) processes from initial stages through to deployment.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for our solutions during product evaluations and POC phases.
  • Identify and cultivate new opportunities with existing clients to expand our sales pipeline.
  • Oversee the entire RFP process, from technical documentation to pricing strategies.
  • Establish a robust market presence within the designated territory.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with technical decision-makers on the client side.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Solutions Engineer with an international vendor or service provider, focusing on service assurance and probing solutions for Tier 1 operators.
  • Demonstrated success in leading technical sales processes, including POCs, presentations, and RFPs from lead generation to deal closure.
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced cellular networking, particularly in 5G and IMS/VoNR technologies.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and business processes.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native deployment is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Willingness to travel extensively is required, approximately 30%-40%.
