Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and craft workers to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Manage and coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and services to support project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on Mission Critical/Data Center projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
