Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by the patient's physician.
- Monitor and report any changes in the patient's condition to the nursing supervisor.
- Assist with range of motion exercises and other therapeutic activities, as assigned by the patient's healthcare team.
- Prepare meals and snacks, as needed, and assist with feeding and hydration.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
