Manufacturing Operations Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Millwright I to join our team in Decatur, IL. As a Millwright I, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial equipment, as well as performing building and grounds maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install machinery and equipment using a range of tools and techniques
• Perform precision alignment of machines and equipment using specialized tools
• Repair and maintain industrial equipment, including pumps, gearboxes, and conveyors
• Fabricate, install, and repair utility, process, and sanitary piping and plumbing systems
• Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and other heavy equipment as needed

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (7-10 years of experience may be considered in lieu of diploma)
• 3+ years of experience in chemical or industrial manufacturing preferred
• Basic math, reading, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and troubleshooting issues
