This part-time position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to make a difference in their community. As a Customer Service Representative on our weekend shift, you will be the face of our club, ensuring that every member feels welcome and valued.

Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests with a smile and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Check members in, tour new members, and communicate updates and events.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
  • Perform various tasks such as cleaning exercise equipment, tanning beds, and restrooms.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
