- Project Leadership: Spearhead capital initiatives aimed at enhancing automation, safety, and quality while simultaneously reducing costs and boosting production efficiency.
- Engineering Expertise: Provide visionary engineering insights in automation and production design, fostering a culture of creativity and proactive problem-solving.
- Resource Management: Coordinate multi-million-dollar capital projects in partnership with Corporate Engineering.
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Over 10 years of pertinent experience in engineering or manufacturing sectors, including Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Petroleum, Automotive, or Commercial Construction.
- Proven track record in strategic and budget planning for large-scale projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a senior-level innovation team.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies is essential.
