Job Title: HVAC Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our services team, you will be responsible for performing system commissioning for commercial buildings, including air/water balance, indoor air quality testing, equipment start-up, and quality assurance testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform system commissioning for commercial buildings, including air/water balance, indoor air quality testing, equipment start-up, and quality assurance testing.
  • Write technical reports at project completion for submission to customers.
  • Provide technical support to customers and contractors to resolve issues rapidly and thoroughly.
  • Travel 100% of the time, both regionally and nationally.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of HVAC experience required.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio).
  • Mechanical experience preferred.
  • Mechanical, electrical, and controls knowledge preferred.
  • High emotional intelligence, positive attitude, and a service leadership philosophy.
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of integrity and a penchant for high quality.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, contractors, and customers.
  • OSHA 30 Hour training preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) would be beneficial.
