Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC/R Technician to join our team at Tech24. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Inspect equipment and components to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and branch staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Complete service tickets according to company procedures and standards.
  • Manage inventory and track stock levels to ensure necessary parts are available.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to Tech24 standards.
  • Set a positive example for less experienced technicians and promote a culture of excellence within the company.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  • Standard computer skills and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and crawl in tight spaces.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Universal EPA certification is highly preferred.
