As a Pediatric Care Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering basic patient care and assisting with unit operations under the supervision of registered nurses.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Provide compassionate patient care and support to patients and their families.">
  • Assist with maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.">
  • Perform unit secretary and clerical duties as needed.">
  • Participate in education programs, unit meetings, and assigned committees.">
  • Share knowledge and experience with new team members.

Qualifications

  • ">
  • Holds a high school diploma or equivalent and has 1-2 years of experience working with children and families.">
  • Is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or meets one of the following criteria:">
  • Enrolled in a professional nursing program and has completed the fundamentals course.">
  • Recently failed a state nursing licensure examination.">
  • Completed an unlicensed assistive personnel program within the past three years.">
  • Worked as a nurse assistant, EMT, or surgical technician within the past three years.">
  • Has BLS certification and may require bilingual skills in some units.

Benefits and Salary

We offer competitive benefits and a salary range of $17.15-$20.35 per hour, based on education and experience.
