Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of Early Childhood Directors, fostering a culture of leadership development and succession planning.
- Develop and implement comprehensive early learning frameworks, models, and curricula, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Oversee the financial management of designated operations, including budget development, fiscal management, and revenue growth.
- Drive quality improvement and scalability through process improvements, systems-level strategies, and replicable protocols.
- Develop and implement growth strategies, including program expansion, participant recruitment and retention, staff recruitment, and pricing strategies.
- Champion innovation and lead the development of new strategic initiatives and programs to drive early learning success.
- Implement and oversee key metrics, program, and student evaluation to ensure faithfulness to the YMCA's purpose and high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement multi-faceted communication strategies to ensure relationship building and operational effectiveness with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop a parent experience pathway to ensure parents easily move from interest to enrollment and from enrolled to advocate.
- Lead projects and initiatives through multiple stakeholders, ensuring progress, details, and timelines are met to meet outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field.
- Five or more years of administrative and management experience in early childhood programs.
- Ability to meet DHS Director standards in Tennessee & Mississippi and ability to travel to all centers in these regions.
- Experience with multi-unit operations and budget development and fiscal management.
- Preferred experience with diverse funding streams (federal, state & private pay funding).
- Successful track record of supervising large staff teams.
