Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Associate to join our team in the US market. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class retail marketing programs that engage shoppers and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of omnichannel retail marketing campaigns, including in-store and ecommerce initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data to inform marketing program development.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Establish strong relationships with retailers, media, sales teams, and other key stakeholders to drive program execution.
  • Assist in the development of best-in-class retail experiences for the LEGO brand, achieving retailer and brand objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer products marketing in a retail context, with a focus on kids and family brands.
  • 1+ years of experience in developing omnichannel shopper marketing campaigns, including planning and execution of in-store campaign elements.
  • Demonstrated detail orientation with experience in successful time management, budget management, project management, and marketing logistics.
  • Effective relationship builder with experience collaborating across functions and business units.
  • Effective presentation and writing skills with the ability to convey a compelling and concise message.
