Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of omnichannel retail marketing campaigns, including in-store and ecommerce initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data to inform marketing program development.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Establish strong relationships with retailers, media, sales teams, and other key stakeholders to drive program execution.
- Assist in the development of best-in-class retail experiences for the LEGO brand, achieving retailer and brand objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer products marketing in a retail context, with a focus on kids and family brands.
- 1+ years of experience in developing omnichannel shopper marketing campaigns, including planning and execution of in-store campaign elements.
- Demonstrated detail orientation with experience in successful time management, budget management, project management, and marketing logistics.
- Effective relationship builder with experience collaborating across functions and business units.
- Effective presentation and writing skills with the ability to convey a compelling and concise message.
