Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resident Service Coordinator to oversee the operations of our Si Se Puede Community Center programs and related activities. This is a full-time position that requires implementing and supervising programs, classes, and activities for effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all Si Se Puede Community Center Programs, including Afterschool Program, Resident Social Services, Senior Services Program, Health and Wellness, Adult Education, and Community Outreach.
  • Report child, adult, and elder abuse and neglect according to state law.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Actively participate with other staff working toward resident's stability.
Requirements
  • Preferred - Have at least 48 units of college credit from a two-year accredited college or related experience in Education/Youth Development/Community Services.
  • Preferably bilingual (Spanish).
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/Access) required.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Live scan Fingerprint/ background check.
  • Must provide proof of a negative TB test result taken within the last 2 years.
  • A valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years.
  • Must be First Aid/CPR/AED certified (or obtain within 30 days) and maintain those certifications.
