Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Sports Construction Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and construction of various sports-related amenities, including basketball hoops (inground & wall mounted), basketball/pickle ball court painting, line painting, sport tile implementation, batting cage install, turf work, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Install and construct a variety of sports equipment and facilities according to customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Prepare job sites by ensuring proper safety measures are in place and materials are readily available.
  • Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction or related field, preferably with a focus on sports installations.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Experience driving a pick-up truck or van is required.
