U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customs and Border Protection Officers. As a CBP Officer, you will play a critical role in enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations, while facilitating the flow of legitimate trade and travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations
  • Facilitate the flow of legitimate trade and travel
  • Conduct inspections of individuals and conveyances

Requirements
  • Meet the qualifications for the GS-5 or GS-7 grade level
  • Pass a background investigation and polygraph examination
  • Complete a paid pre-academy orientation and a 101-day training program at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center
