Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Custodian/Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining the facility's cleanliness and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the facility's cleanliness according to a predetermined schedule.
  • Assist the Maintenance Mechanic with corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance tasks.
  • Perform facility repairs, including carpentry, painting, minor electrical repair, and wall/floor repairs.
  • Perform routine warehouse floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and operating powered floor scrubbers/sweeper.

Requirements

  • Ability to comfortably lift up to 80lbs.
  • Ability to stand, lift, and bend frequently throughout the shift.
