ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
In the capacity of a Technical Solutions Consultant within the SITA Communications and Data Exchange team, you will play a crucial role in assisting sales efforts by identifying tailored solutions and fostering business expansion. The air transport industry is inherently global, built on connectivity and driven by data. Our Communications and Data Exchange portfolio ensures secure connections among airlines, airports, border agencies, and passengers worldwide, processing more industry data than any other provider.
As the air transport sector evolves, you will be instrumental in our Messaging portfolio, pinpointing solutions that align with customer needs. You will collaborate with sales and business units throughout the sales process, offering technical support to determine the optimal solutions for our clients.
Reporting to the Messaging Business Solutions team, you will be part of the Communications and Data Exchange Business Unit, dedicated to revolutionizing how the air transport industry connects, communicates, and harnesses the value of its data.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver technical sales support in partnership with commercial sales for both existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure our solutions meet customer expectations and explore new opportunities.
- Assist internal teams in comprehending the functionalities of SITA's Messaging service.
- Stay informed about the latest technological advancements.
- Engage in training programs and workshops to enhance your skills.
- Coordinate with commercial managers and sales teams.
- Contribute to the design, coordination, and development of solutions, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the transition of projects into implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Equivalent degree or experience in a technical or business field.
