Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service support to our self-directed brokerage clients and Financial Advisor assigned account holders. Your primary focus will be on delivering timely and accurate assistance, leveraging your product knowledge and client service skills to drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide phone-based support to clients, resolving basic discrepancies and answering questions related to account and transaction records.
  2. Develop and maintain a proficient understanding of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry regulations and continuing education requirements.
  3. Assist clients with completing investment forms, transferring funds, and completing distributions, ensuring seamless transactions.
  4. Act as a priority contact for clients seeking assistance with the Digital Investment platform, providing expert guidance and support.
  5. Refer investment opportunities to the Client Advisory Center when aligned with clients' financial needs, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
  6. Maintain a strong advocate role for clients, balancing risk and ensuring their needs are met.
  7. Stay informed about industry regulations, maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise.
Requirements
  1. Intermediate proficiency in written and verbal communications.
  2. Previous call center experience or high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  3. Experience using basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
  4. High school diploma or equivalent certification.
  5. Comfort and fluency with technology and digital applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant banking or business field.
  2. Investment industry knowledge and/or experience.
  3. FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 certifications.
