Job Overview

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Installer to support our Navy customer in a dynamic and challenging environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining the RDT&E communications network, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Installation and Maintenance: Conduct thorough site surveys, pull and dress cables, splice and terminate copper and fiber optic cables, and inspect and troubleshoot cable equipment to ensure network integrity.
  • Network Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve network issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Network Optimization: Analyze network performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance network speed, reliability, and security.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills: Possess four years of experience installing Ethernet and fiber optic networks, network components, and network interface devices. Shall possess a valid Driver's License for potential operation of low-speed Government furnished equipment (utility cart).
  • Clearance and Eligibility: An active DoD SECRET clearance is required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
