Job Overview

Super Soccer Stars is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of 2-5 Pre-School Coach. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching young children aged 2-5 under our comprehensive player development program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum to help children improve their soccer skills, movement, and coordination.
  • Establish a positive relationship with the children and ensure that all activities are fun, non-competitive, and safe.
  • Provide a supportive learning environment that encourages children to develop their self-confidence and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective coaching approach.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience working with children aged 2-5 in a teaching environment.
  • Passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
  • Strong teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly energetic, reliable, patient, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and adapt to change.
  • Certified or willing to get certified with CPR and First Aid Qualifications.
  • Ability to pass background check.
