Position Overview

The Kitchen Sanitation Specialist is responsible for a variety of essential kitchen tasks, including the cleaning of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Thoroughly wash dishes, utensils, and pots.
  2. Effectively operate dishwashing machinery.
  3. Organize and store clean kitchenware appropriately.
  4. Sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and the kitchen area following established cleaning protocols.
  5. Regularly empty waste containers as needed.
  6. Keep the assigned work area in a safe and hygienic state.
  7. Adhere to personal hygiene standards and comply with the department's dress code.
  8. Follow safety guidelines; report any injuries or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
  9. May assist with basic food preparation and serving tasks.

Qualifications:
