Position Summary
The West Hollywood location is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Stock Associate to enhance back-of-house operations and support the sales and management teams. This role will report directly to the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the stockroom and sales floor are organized and meet company cleanliness standards.
- Manage the shipping and receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis.
- Promptly communicate any shipment discrepancies to the Store Manager to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently to fulfill client expectations.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts of product categories to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare the stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory assessments.
- Address and resolve product inventory discrepancies and adjustments.
- Maintain the stockroom and sales floor in accordance with the company's visual and cleanliness standards.
- Oversee supply orders for the store from both internal and external vendors as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
- One to two years of experience in a retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Possess a team-oriented attitude and proactive approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively.
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds safely.
- Ability to navigate an office environment with ease.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Effective interaction with diverse personalities.
- Skilled in using office equipment safely and effectively.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Correctable vision and hearing capabilities.
- Willingness to work on-site.
Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
