About the Role
As an Order Fulfillment Specialist at Johnson Controls, you will play a crucial role in supporting our US, Canada, and Latin America regions. This position requires excellent administrative skills and strong customer service abilities to effectively manage orders and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute all administrative tasks related to Johnson Controls Fire Suppression parts and products
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely shipments from the proper warehouse
• Manage backorders and maintain accurate ship dates
• Process order cancellations efficiently and communicate with customers as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls and written communication
• Generate regular reports to track order progress and identify areas for improvement
• Utilize Salesforce.com to manage cases and maintain accurate records

Requirements
• Proven problem-solving skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Agile and proactive mindset with effective task management skills
• Strong active listening skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce.com) and ERP systems (SAP)
• Microsoft Office Suite experience required
• Bilingualism a plus
