Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the store, including receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all areas of the store are clean and well-maintained.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and support to store associates, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge and ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with store associates, management, and customers, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on store policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of retail experience, with at least 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
