Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineer - Drug Product Technologies to join our team at the National Guard Employment Network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, designing, developing, and implementing novel technologies into our worldwide clinical and commercial manufacturing network.

This role is crucial for the success of our organization in ensuring supply to our patients while driving a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply expertise in machine learning to enhance the way data are used to make critical decisions
  • Participate in efforts to identify automation opportunities across the business and apply cutting-edge techniques to deliver value-adding and differentiating solutions
  • Design studies, support study execution, analyze data, and present results in support of new manufacturing and analytical technology development
  • Document work in accordance with good documentation practices
  • Deliver technical presentations and training to a variety of stakeholders

Requirements

  • High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Engineering experience
  • Associate's degree and 6 years of Engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Engineering experience
  • Proven experience in designing and building computer vision hardware systems
  • Experience with robotics, PLCs, IIoT and other industrial automation
  • Experience building models and developing algorithms for deep learning, machine learning, and/or artificial intelligence
  • Familiarity with electronics, basic circuit design and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with mechanical engineering fundamentals and CAD
  • Programming proficiency in Python and an ability to learn new development tools and libraries
