Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Genuine Parts Company. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate fulfillment and delivery.
  • Negotiate sales and purchase prices to maximize profit margins while meeting customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Source products from various inventory locations to meet customer demands.
  • Determine the most cost-effective shipping methods for customer orders.
  • Collaborate with account representatives to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 0-3 years of related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in business systems and software.
  • Product knowledge and experience in a customer-facing role a plus.
