Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Billing Coordinator to join our global team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing IT billing for Magna Global IT Region EU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and process IT billing for Magna Global IT Region EU
  • Prepare and review data for billing purposes
  • Create and change billing documents, invoices, and complaints
  • Collaborate with accounting and controlling teams
  • Perform general administrative tasks and provide backup support for other billing regions
Requirements
  • Commercial knowledge or professional experience, preferably in accounting
  • General technical understanding and basic knowledge of IT services
  • Excellent communication and language skills in German and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP, preferably in practical application
