Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Project Manager to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our C6ISR Operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight of all C6ISR operations and transition activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as Deputy Transition Project Manager for the LEIA Contract, Task 2 (C6ISR Operations)
  • Coordinate with the Program Transition Support Team and Task Leads to plan, execute, and track transition activities
  • Provide subject matter expertise and serve as the senior C6ISR Operations Planner
  • Lead and participate in Working Groups and Joint Planning Teams to make recommendations on aligning processes and procedures
  • Engage in U.S.-only planning and bilateral planning initiatives under guidance and develop solutions and plans activities
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience managing large projects/programs with diverse locations and personnel
  • Substantive experience in management and supervision of ISR operations
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience or a master's degree and six (6) years of relevant experience
  • Active Top-Secret/SCI Security Clearance
  • Willingness to relocate and reside on Oahu, Hawaii within commuting distance of Joint Base Pearl Harbor / Hickam and Camp Smith
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing ISR system development, testing, deployment, operations, and sustainment
  • Experience ensuring quality of products/systems to include meeting overhaul and modification deadlines while satisfying Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) compliance
  • Managing schedule execution and providing technical guidance for on-time aircraft/product delivery to the Government
