Position:

Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Overview:

We seek enthusiastic technicians who possess a positive mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Our technicians are expected to tackle complex challenges with a strong dedication to our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles effectively
  • Gain extensive experience as an Automotive Technician across various domestic and international models
  • Conduct thorough and accurate vehicle inspections
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns promptly
  • Adhere to and promote high standards of safety and cleanliness
  • Communicate effectively with management and customers
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and a commitment to customer service
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair
  • ASE Certifications are preferred
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Basic computer skills and internet proficiency
  • Willingness to learn new skills and processes
  • Professional appearance and strong communication abilities
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles

Physical Demands:

  • Occasionally lift and/or move items exceeding 100 pounds
  • Work with tools on vehicles positioned overhead
  • Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs
  • Exhibit dexterity to effectively use hand tools
  • Stand and walk for the majority of the workday
