As a leader in our Behavioral Health Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration, coordination, and strategic direction of mental health services across our health center.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising multidisciplinary teams and developing effective strategies to drive business outcomes.

This position requires a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health care and a commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our diverse patient population.

We offer a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $165,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and clinical standards for patient care and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote efficient operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Lead the development of a Psychology Externship Program, collaborating with external universities to provide academic and clinical training.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to integrate behavioral health services into comprehensive patient care.
