Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical expertise in specialty practice areas, including lymphoma oncology
- Develop and implement medication therapy plans to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate patient profiles to identify potential medication-related issues
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in hematology and oncology
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
- ASHP-accredited Post Graduate Year 1 and 2 Residency or Fellowship in the specialty area
- Relevant Pharmacy Specialty Board certification preferred
- Active Georgia Pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
