• Provide personalized product recommendations to softball players, leveraging your knowledge of the sport and our products.
• Meet customers where they are in their softball journey, creating tailored experiences that adapt to their needs and preferences.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest softball trends, products, and technologies to inform your recommendations and enhance the customer experience.
• Partner with store teammates to educate them on new softball-related products and best practices.
• Maintain merchandise presentation standards and signage to Company standards.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience or customer-focused experience preferred.
