Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. This role involves providing support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily living support, including assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other service providers to ensure seamless care.
  • Transport individuals to appointments, community programs, and other activities.
  • Assist with developing daily living skills, including social, environmental, and healthcare needs.
  • Ensure compliance with program requirements, regulations, and monitoring entity guidelines.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
