Training Specialist Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Training Specialist to join our team at Visby Medical. As a key member of our Training Department, you will be responsible for conducting engaging and interactive training sessions, utilizing both virtual and in-person formats, to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success teams, to gather insights, align training initiatives with business objectives, and drive customer success. You will also assist in coordinating logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, travel arrangements, setup, and equipment preparation, to ensure seamless execution of training events.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing Training Programs: Collaborate with the Technical Training Manager and various departments to identify customer training needs and develop relevant and effective training content.
  • Conducting Training Sessions: Engage and educate customers through training sessions, utilizing a range of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including virtual training platforms and in-person training.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensure all training activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress for reporting and auditing purposes.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is between $90,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on the candidate's qualifications and location. We offer highly competitive health insurance, a 401k match, flexible paid time off, 11 company holidays, and many other contemporary benefits and perks.
