Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in supporting electric construction initiatives. This role will be based in our office and will involve providing essential administrative assistance to our project teams utilizing Primavera project management software.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Project Manager with various administrative functions.
  2. Reconcile completed project units and offer insights to Project Management and Supervisors.
  3. Oversee project timelines, labor hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  4. Document and monitor all project elements using project management software.

Qualifications

  1. Proficient in Primavera project management software.
  2. Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  4. Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  5. Familiarity with electrical construction is advantageous.
