Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Finance Specialist to join our team in New York. As a member of our FP&A Strats team, you will be responsible for driving insights and innovation in the financial planning and analysis division through the use of analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop simulations of firm/business performance based on macro variables
  • Create explanatory analysis of aggregate business performance relative to forecasts
  • Enhance and build predictive models of volumes/market share/fees
  • Develop optimizations of forecast PnL relative to resource consumption

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in finance in a technical, analytics-focused role
  • Strong quantitative/analytics reasoning and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong technical and computer programming skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
