The Outpatient Family Medicine Physician role at Allina Health Clinic offers a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative team environment, providing exceptional patient care. As a Primary Care Physician, you will work closely with various specialties to support patients in their healthcare journey. Our clinic is committed to fostering a nurturing environment for primary care physicians, where you can grow professionally and personally.
Key Position Details- Our Primary Care providers partner with Mental Health services and the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing to provide whole-person care.
- We will work with you to find the best possible fit for your practice goals, considering your interests and desired practice locations.
- Our outpatient practice provides care to all ages, including growing families, with varying clinic hours and flexible FTE options.
- Work collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being.
- Practice thoughtfully, considering cultural diversity, individual autonomy, and legal responsibilities.
- Actively participate in a multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
- Utilize quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in patient care and outcomes.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
- Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain).
