Job Overview

As a Combat Engineer with the Army National Guard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of military operations. Your expertise in designing and building bridges, roadways, and defensive positions will be essential in supporting your fellow Soldiers in unpredictable environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Construct fighting positions, fixed/floating bridges, obstacles, and defensive positions
* Place and detonate explosives
* Conduct operations that include route clearance of obstacles and rivers

Skills and Qualifications

* Basic demolitions
* Basic explosive hazards
* Constructing wire obstacles
* Fixed bridge building
* Basic urban operations
* Operating heavy equipment

Requirements

* Military enlistment in the Army National Guard
