Required Qualifications:

  • Candidates may be located in Hartford, CT / Raleigh, NC or Richardson, TX and have the option to work remotely, with travel required based on project needs.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology is essential.
  • Expertise in the healthcare domain is mandatory.
  • Experience with FHIR in the healthcare sector, particularly in payer/provider mandates involving multiple vendors, is required.
  • A Techno-Functional role with hands-on experience in Provider data, FHIR, SQL, and solution design/architecture is necessary.
  • A willingness to work in a management consulting environment that necessitates regular travel is expected.
  • U.S. citizens and individuals authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Provider Data FHIR Mapping.
  • Proficiency in SQL to construct complex queries that join multiple profile datasets.
  • A role as a Solution Designer/Consultant to coordinate solutions with vendors and business teams.
  • Capability to lead technical solution discussions with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in validating test cases in collaboration with the Quality Engineering team.
  • Involvement in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assisting business stakeholders with UAT sign-offs.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
