Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, SOP, and QA policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and develop a team of pharmacy professionals, including pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments, including retail, healthcare, and logistics, to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
- U.S. pharmacy related experience.
We offer a competitive salary range of $112,000.00-$197,000.00, as well as additional compensation for certain positions, including Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Sales Volume Category (SVC), and Complex Structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance.
